1. Who you are agreeing with

Get You Employed is operated by Danish Nawab, a sole proprietor doing business as FrontPage Labs in the State of Illinois. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that person, and "you" means the person whose name is on the account.

Creating an account or using the application means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If any part of this is not acceptable to you, the right move is not to sign up.

2. What the service does

You get a private job dashboard behind your own login. Every morning the service reads the public career pages of the companies you chose, keeps the postings that look like the work you described, scores each one against your job titles and your seniority, and puts the results on your board.

Alongside that you get somewhere to keep notes and track which applications are live, and a resume editor that exports a clean PDF built to survive an applicant tracking system.

3. What the service does not do

4. Who can sign up

You need to be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract where you live. One account is meant for one person. Please answer the setup questions accurately, because your entire board is built out of those answers and a vague answer produces a vague board.

5. Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you. If you think somebody else has gotten in, email build@frontpagelabs.com and we will help you shut it down.

6. The trial and the price

7. Canceling

You can cancel at any time from the account page inside the app, which hands you over to Stripe's billing portal. Canceling stops the next charge. Your board keeps working through the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it stops.

Cancel before day 7 of the trial and you are charged nothing at all.

8. Refunds

Monthly payments are not refunded, including partial months, because canceling stops the next charge rather than the one you already made. That is the deal at $9.99 with a free week to decide first.

The exception is our own failure. If something broke on our end and you paid for a service that was not working, write to us and we will sort it out rather than hide behind this section.

9. Fair use

The things not to do:

We can pause an account that is doing any of this.

10. Your content

Your resume, your notes, and your setup answers remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them for one purpose, which is running your board for you, and that permission ends when you delete your account.

We do not publish your content, sell it, or use it to train a model. The privacy policy spells out where each piece of it lives.

11. Postings come from employers

The postings on your board are read from companies' own public career pages. We do not write them and we do not control them. A posting can be out of date, already filled, or simply wrong, and a company can take it down minutes after we read it. Check the employer's own page before you apply, and treat a fit score as a suggestion rather than a verdict.

Company names, logos, and trademarks belong to those companies. A company appearing on your board does not mean it is affiliated with us, or that it endorses us.

12. Availability

We aim to keep the site up and the crawl running every morning, and we do not promise a specific uptime figure. The crawl depends on other companies' websites, which change without warning, so a feed can break and a company can go quiet until the reader is fixed. Maintenance happens too.

None of that on its own entitles you to a refund, although a long outage is exactly the situation section 8 is talking about.

13. Support

The support page inside the app reaches a person, and that person is usually the one who built this. We try to answer within two business days. Support covers the product itself, and it is not a career counseling service.

14. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that has not paid, or one doing something in section 9. Except where something urgent is happening, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right.

You can close your account whenever you like by canceling and asking us to delete your data. Deletion is covered in the privacy policy.

15. Warranties

The service is provided as it is and as it happens to be available, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the board will find you a job, that every relevant posting will reach it, that scores will suit your judgment, or that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

16. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, and that includes lost wages, a missed opportunity, or a job you did not get. Our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some states do not allow certain limits on liability. Where that is true of your state, this section applies as far as it legally can and no further.

17. Changes to these terms

These terms can be updated. The date at the top of the page changes when they are, and when a change actually matters we email everyone with an account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version, and if you would rather not, you can cancel.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

If there is a dispute, please email build@frontpagelabs.com first, because nearly everything gets resolved that way and neither of us wants the alternative. Anything that cannot be settled will go to the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and we both agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

19. Contact

Write to build@frontpagelabs.com. It reaches a person.
